Hi Chuck. Cool to find out you are already here after joining. However there are so many categories about different topics that I'm kind of lost within it all. Finding you and Ray Barkalow and Marni here lets me know it's worthwhile staying on but I'm finding it overwhelming. Did you find a way to keep track of it all or stay in touch with the topics you are interested in? How do you use this site?

Lately I just pretty much scan for what’s going on…used to be pretty lively conversations and useful information given, but a lot of that is gone. I find if you search for a particular plant or genus that you can find all sorts of threads and you can also search by a person when you see something interesting. Used to be a lot of experts on here, but I wonder if many of them migrated to FB?

      Hello,
I saw some pictures from a few years ago of a Lepanthopsis hirtzii you had at the time. Do you happen to have any divisions for sale, or do you think you might have some in the future? It's a really neat plant that seems to be very rare to find for sale, so I thought I'd ask you.
If you don't plan to have any for sale, do you mind if I ask where you got it?
      Thanks in advance.

Hi Chuck, my computer crashed at Xmas and I lost everything. Saw your Spa. lobbii photo, did I send the Spathoglottis to you back then? If so have any others flowered for you?

Yes...that is one of yours! I did bloom one other last year...I will have to look up the photo. I’m hoping to get a more significant blooming this year for many of them as they are all nicely dormant now. My computer crash was in October...still haven’t gotten completely out of that mess.

I saw an older post of yours showing the beautiful Coelygne ecarinata. Is that a plant you might have a division of for sale, at some point in the future? Thanks so much! -Andy Atkins

Hello Chuck - Did you happen to send a Laelia cross to the Amherst Orchid Society Show Feb 22-23, 2020? I admired Lc Jhoenmy Hermo, and another NH OS member thought it might be yours. Being a Laelia fanatic, I am wondering if there is a source for another plant. Please let me know : -) I always enjoy your orchid photos : -) Best wishes, Maryanne in Massachusetts

Hi Maryanne...wasn’t me ☹️. But I’ll see if I can find out. I was at the San Francisco show, so don’t know exactly who contributed. Chuck

I'm looking for some NZ orchids. You mentioned Russel Hutton of L&R. He may still be there, maybe not. Do you have an email address for him?
I'm looking high and low for Winkia (Dendrobium) cunninghamii and Earina autumnalis. Any chance you have them?

      Chuck,

Thanks for the info. Looks very interesting. Wonder which type of air conditioners it will work with. Some do not work well in a hot area.

I wonder if you told them what you were trying to do and where you are located, perhaps they could suggest specific models?
