I'm just a few steps beyond a novice orchid grower.
Over the past 5 years I have built up a small collection of around 50 plants that grow in an enclosed growing space on an east facing window ledge in Manhattan.
In the past year my interest has shifted from the flower to the plants with growth patterns that look like very interesting line drawings, like dendrobium jacobsonii or schoenorchis buddleiflora or pleurothallis dilemma.
