    Greetings all-

It's been a while since I've posted, I figured I would post my latest glass box project. It's a 260 gallon custom enclosure that features well over 100 species of plants, including many miniature orchids. The plants all share one common theme- distribution in Panama/Costa Rica.

Sorry for the small camera phone pics. It's all I have at the moment.

    Enjoy!

That's incredibly well done! Is that a frog in the brom in the second picture?

Thanks all! It was a lot of hard work and money.

Yes, I have a pair of Dendrosophus ebbracattus as well as a few poison dart frogs in this. Looking to get a few more.

Which species of dart? I bet a pair of blue or black jeans would love all that room!

Blue jeans, I wish. I used to have a pair a little over 10 years ago. At the moment I have 3 orange Bastimentos and a lone male Phyllobates lugubris.

Bastis are definitely my favorite pumilio morph, though I've never actually kept them. It's something about the white bellies, I think. Any luck finding more lugubris? You don't see those around too often.

That IS enjoyable! Looks like it has an access from both sides but not from the front of the tank, right? Thanks for posting

They are indeed a great frog. The lugubris are difficult to come by these days. I've chased down many leads and talked to folks that I know have them, but no one has extra or even offspring at the moment. I'd love to get a female or even a small group in here.

Actually access is only on one side. Access on both sides would compromise the integrity of the build. The important thing is that the front view is unobstructed. Glad you enjoyed it!

Mods- sorry for the double post above. I'd delete it if I could.

I've built a terrarium before, but I just gotta say I wish I had your skill at it. I'm looking at more poor little thing and thinking it's time to try something else, lol....

I have to agree with Ray. That has to be one of the best terrariums around!

Do you do anything special the control any of the parameters?
