How can you tell between Trichoceros and Telipogon/Stelilabium?

Good question! Seeing the plant would make it very easy to tell. Trichoceros has sturdy, pseudobulbous plants, Telipogon - delicate fans of leaves.
But just from the flower- Trichoceros usually has a hollow- ended column ,mimicking the receptive part of the insect, Telipogons/Stelilabium has a hooked viscidium that hooks on to the insects leg.
This species is (I believe) Telipogon/Stelilabium andinum.
