I've been looking to add more colors to my collection of tolumnia and this is my latest find...tolumnia velutina. I got it last week and I really like rambling growth habit of this species in contrast to the clump forming habits of my Genting colors. This has no blooms right now but it does have lots of new growths.

Very nice find. I see at least 4 new fans forming so it will be a specimen soon.

    Did you buy it locally?

Thanks, I'm very happy with it. Relatively speaking, I would say its local. I'm in Jacksonville, FL and it ordered it from Miami. I'm not sure if the flower is more pink or violet, I've seen both when I've looked it up.
