This Cattleya skinneri has a very pale pink color. How you would call this slight tinge of color?

Albescens? Very nice color form of a beautiful species whatever you call it! I have a hard(er) time appreciating pure white flowers and I find it very pleasing when they have little tinges and accents of color.

I love the subtley of the color that's barely there. Such a delicate look. Very nice

I just came across something very similar on Facebook that is labeled var. oculata.

I agree that is more what I would expect an oculata to be. However I find their use of it as an alba as a very odd choice since it has a dark spot. I think your description as a pale form works pretty well. It is lovely.
