[IMG] Hi can some one give me advise please.. i have just purchased this orchid in the hope of rescueing it..it looks healthy other than the flowers have got mildew on them i beleive from the when they were in the garden centre they were in a cellephene/plastic wrap and watered incorrectly by just tipping water on them over the flowers and leaves etc and then being kept damp in the wrap the mildew developed, i have kept it away from my other orchids to be safe but what i want to know is do i just leave it to finish flowering as normal or should i just cut the flower stems ( 2 ) off now or will this do more harm than good?
    regards

Hello Hazel, Welcome to the forum. I would just take off the flowers that are open and spoiled. If there are more buds on the spike they should develope normally.
