    Thanks for the comparison, Gilles. Great blooming. I know there's a lot of confusion between these two species. I had a question for you - I captured a photo of an aerangis while in Australia that was labeled 'modesta', and it had a much thinner spike. Any idea of this might also be modesta, or something else? It looks different from yours. Here's a photo:

    I think that it can be a modesta too.
    On A.modesta, the ovary are pink_yellow_orange, but never green as for A.articulata.
    The spikes can have this color too and sometimes the edge of the leaves too.

    I made mistake in the tittle, of course it is "Aerangis" and not "Angraecum"....
