Aerangis mystacidii x decaryana -spectacular hybrid!

    This the 2nd year blooming for this plant. Incredibly long spikes of flower! It inherits the wavy leaf margins from A. decaryana.

    This is fantastic. How long are the spikes? Are you the photographer? Gorgeous. Angraecoids are special.

    The longest was about 18" long. Yes these are my photographs taken with a simple automatic digital Canon, using natural daylight. The camera does well, but I do have a problem with white flowers, they are usually over exposed.

    Thanks for the name! I must have missed your post. Congratulations on your award. I was going to submit mine for judging but I dropped the plant and and the spike got a bit twisted. I was amazed by the almost perfect arrangement of the flowers on the spike.
