Allied to Masdevallia picea

    I've recently had two unidentified Masdevallias bloom that are in the same group as picea. Does anyone recognize these? (The first three are one flower, the rest are the other flower).

    Not sure what the first is, but I suspect the second plant is Masdevallia civilis.

    as above and maybe, first looks a bit like Masdevallia semiteres, maybe cross with it or u are sure both are sp???

    Thanks Zack and Piotr for helping me identify these. I'm pretty sure the second is M. civilis as you suggested, and the second one is certainly close to semiteres though neither the leaves or the caudae of mine seem to be as short as shown in the photos I've seen of semiteres. Thanks, again.

    Sorry for the confusion - the second is civilis and the FIRST is likely semiteres.
