About 4 months ago I got some Aluminat for the GH, installed on exterior, only cooling was only one 20" fan and one 14" fan. Even with 2 fans going I would have to keep door open which dropped the RH to outdoor levels of around 20% on a hot summer day where I live, not to good.

Now with Aluminet, I can keep door closed with one fan going, this keeps temps up to 5 degrees hotter and RH around 40% better but not great.
So next step, I installed a homemade mister ring on fan and run that off of a valve and timer that gos on 4 times a day for 40 minutes. Temps in GH are reduced, on a day when outdoor temp is 95f, GH is 87 and RH is 86%, so Aluminet helps but the mister ring is the way for me to cool down and keep plants happy,

I use only filtered water thru mist line and since I have started mister ring 6 weeks ago I have noticed a change in root growth and plant growth, I have over the last few years swithed all potting media to hydroponic type mixes and they work great under wet conditions like I have with a mister on for long periods of time. I still handwater all plants when they need a drink mostly my everyday chore in summer. My GH is 8' x 6' and about 9' tall so very small.

Do you exhaust accumulated hot air to the outside? If not, that's why you're having trouble controlling temperatures. The 86% RH without any fresh air and without exhasting hot air will catch up to you pretty quickly, I'm afraid.
