    I finally got a replacement a couple months ago, after the one I got back in early 2012 suffered a slow excruciating half-decade-long death. This one seems robust - I hope it makes it through this winter!

    I lost my other plant in winter or shortly after, probably from mismanaged watering/moisture and temperatures that were inappropriately warm. Hopefully i can control things a little more tightly this year.

    I've grown and bloomed a few well in my warm house (65F minimum night). I recently put a couple of compots of seedlings in the intermediate house and they are doing much better than the compots in the warm house. They are in the "general population" and get the same watering as the majority of my plants.
