another What is this? question

I just tried to post a question to his forum earlier today and I think it failed so I am trying again. Forgive me if this is a duplicate.
I have an orchid that my friend found in her backyard in venice Florida, USA(there were hundreds of them ) while I know its a no-no to collect from the wild she did it anyhow. I brought it home and it is thriving, blooming twice in a year so far. I asked this question on one of the orchid mail lists and recieved an answer quickly but then I didn't make a tag right away and eventually lost the name. If anyone here can tell me what this is I PROMISE to tag it right away this time. It is terrestrial and the leaves are mottled.
