Anyone knows "phuphaman orchid ltd."?

    Hi All,
    A month ago (17th november 2015), I bought several orchids on worldflorasupply.com. On my paypal account the payment goes under the name "phuphaman orchid ltd" from thailand.
    On the terms of selling, it says that they will make shipment monthly on the first saturday of every month, which I believe my shipment will be sent on the 5th december 2015.
    After several emails, I recieved one email on 7th december from someone named "Andy" from world flora supply telling me that my order will be sent on 9th december.
    But until today, my order status on his website is still waiting for fulfillment and not completed. I tried several times sending him emails asking for updates and tracking number of the shipment, but no reply from this andy.
    Since I am new here, does anyone knows or had any experience buying orchids from this phuphaman orchid ltd aka. world flora supply aka. andy? Please let me know...

    Andy is the owner. He has been on this forum at times, I've exchanged emails with him and know other vendors who know him. My impression is that it is a legitimate business, but I have had no experience ordering from him. I do remember that at times there would be a delay between sending and receiving emails since they would be travelling. I do know that they have to go to Bangkok to get CITES and ship. Having dealt with other Thai vendors, I do assume that timetables are not of prime importance.

    Since you paid by PayPal, you have some security. If it were me, I would wait a bit longer and then file a complaint with PayPal if you don't get things worked out.

    Glad to be here.
    Well, personally if I am selling online and want to gain good references from others, then timetables and communications are the first ones that I have to pay attention to.
    I know that I only spent small amount, and that probably doesn't mean anything to andy, but that is not how to treat a buyer/customer.
    And I have to agree with you Marni, orchid vendors from thailand are having timetable issues (also communication), since andy's is not the first vendor.
    Btw I already start a dispute case on paypal, but i'm still hoping to get my orchids rather than get my money back :p

    Hi there I'm Andy from world flora supply, i lost my login info for this lace, so not been here in ages also busy building a larger farm. Sorry Stevanus if i remember right i did ship to you and you got your plants didn't you? as far as i remember I replied to everything you asked. I don't know why you would post like this really????
