Woe is me! I've been thumbing through countless old AOS mags trying to find an article that I KNOW exists. I'm not 100% sure it wasn't in Orchid Digest, but I also thumbed through a crapload of those. :(

Does any kind soul happen to recall (or have some marvelous database with the info) when or where a brief article on a new name for Aeranthes henrici, was published? It was just one page, two at the most, and had some good culture information, as I recall. Sadly that's *all* I recall....

I can't find squat with google and the AOS site is worthless and I've posted a similar message on the AOS forum. I'm nearly certain it was within the past few years. Thangs very much.

Erasanthe henrici. The genus was established sometime in 2007. Hope this will narrow down your search.

    I found it! Eureka!
In desperation, I lit some candles and sacrificed a squirrel to my lemur statue. Then I closed my eyes and grabbed a random magazine from the stack. It was July 2008, and ....it is times like this that I wish I was an Ang blogger. :D

And thanks Tom, that would have helped had I not already found the article by divine intervention.

Oh well. I'm a bit late. Glad you found it...you gave me something to do. I can't sleep and was bored.
