Ascocenda Vernon Kebodeaux

    Tommy, I LOVE it!

    I'm thinking however, that yours is not a "pure" Ascda. Vernon Kebodeaux, but is more likely a cross between that and an arachnis or mokara.

    Bringing arachnis into the mix tends to give the more "lobed" petals and sepals, rather than the more typical overlapping lateral sepals seen in vandas and ascocendas. Mokaras tend to display that fantastic, uniform spotting, too.

    Hello Ray

    It is a cross of Vanda Charles Goodfellow 'Spots' and Ascocenda Tubtim Velvet 'Pinky' so it is an Ascocenda.
