I placed and paid for an order in April. It took Amos Tan over 7 weeks to ship the plants after I paid for them. It took the plants almost 2 weeks to arrive because he ignored my shipping instructions. 1 of the plants I purchased was destroyed by the USDA because it was infested with insect eggs. Of the 44 plants I paid for, I only received 33. Amos refuses to refund for certain plants that he claims to have shipped but were not included on the phyto declaration. Additionally, he refuses to refund the money for the destroyed bulbo virescens. I've spent 3 weeks trying to resolve the issues I have with Amos, but he is unresponsive. Of the plants I received, probably 90% will survive. However, I would not order from him again. His prices are high for what he ships, and the customer service is non-existent. Amos still owes me over $200, but I do not expect to ever see the money again. Guess I learned my lesson. If you couldn't tell, I would recommend AGAINST giving this guy your money.
