    Found some plants, not available elsewhere, that I would like to purchase from this vendor.
    have anybody purchased from them? What is the plant quality?

    I'm just a bit concerned about the policy "send us a check, but we don't accept any refunds/returns".

    Raven I have ordered from this vendor through eBay in the past and have always been impressed with their plants. And they take extreme care in packing plants for shipping. I haven't dealt with them outside of eBay though.

    It is not a high tech nursery. I know him personally and would trust him to ship on receipt of check.
