I recently got this vanda and it came with these black spots. They are also on the new leaves. Any idea what it might be?

The first photo looks like there was some mechanical damage (got banged up a little), no harm. The spots (seen best on the second one) look purple, likely from the plant receiving very high light. I suspect that the flowers will be rather dark, pigment also expressing itself in the leaves. Think suntan or freckles. These are high-light plants. Giving it enough light to bloom will be a challenge for you. But looks very healthy.
(Your Vandas are going to need a LOT more light than the Phals, which are low-light plants)

    Τhanks Roberta!

Iève placed them right in front of a west facing window. That spot is usually quite bright with some direct sunlight.
