    I actually have 2 copies of this. one a hardback one a paperback. If anyone wants them let me know. I will ship to you USPS and you will only need to pay the postage. If you would like to make a donation to the forum as well you can, but that is up to you.

    It's pretty straightforward. I suppose you could just send me $45 and save the box for later use. That would be the "green" thing to do.
