Bug

    I watered my orchid and s small bug flew out what should I do

    Did you see any damage? How small? Did it fly from a flower or the medium? Don't forget that many insects are beneficial

    I can't think of any flying bugs that would be a problem unless it was something like a grasshopper. Aphids will certainly cause problems but generally don't fly away and would also be obvious when they mass on the tender parts of a plant.

    Could be fungus gnats. Soaking the pot in soapy water (use hand dishwashing detergent) for half an hour would probably kill or at least inconvenience any thing in the pot...

    It was the smallest little bug ever barley could see it. [​IMG] I just seen this on the lead I'm not sure what that is about
