    Description: Described by Rolfe, R.A. in 1908, found from Northeast India to Thailand.

    Culture:

    Temps:
    - Summer: 68 - 88 F
    - Winter: 60 - 80 F

    Light: Medium light

    Humidity: at least 80%

    Air circulation: Breeze

    Growing location: Orchidarium

    Growing medium: Mount - Cork

    Growing medium notes: Plant is mounted on cork, roots covered by live moss.

    Water:
    - Frequency: Daily or more
    - Fertilizer & frequency: Daily MSU, 1/4 strength or less
    - Dry rest: No.

    Blooming season: No defined blooming season

    Flower size: Very large, > 20 cm, weak shellfish-like fragrance.

    Plant size: sympodial, ~15 cm growths

    Other firsthand observations: Very easy grower, needs a good amount of light to bloom.
