Intermediate grower. Flowers smell like mushrooms.
I like that. Where do you hide that in your GH?
Thanks, Dale! I was wondering where I left my favorite shoes.
Nice! I bet John finds it!
Have you tried them sauteed?
A great miniature Bulbo. Thank you, Dale.
Nice one Dale....I aquired one this past fall in a trade and I can't wait until I get it to bloom!
Lovely bulbo and GREAT photo!
That's nice. It could join my Bulbophyllum collection...I have two of them now you know.
I love this one. Great photos too
I think I saw that one in my greenhouse this morning. Dale , are you on vacation in Florida?
"Dale , are you on vacation in Florida?"
Gawd, no. Too hot and too crowded.
Great photos Dale.
Do you have more spikes? Does all of them have two flowers or is it different?
"Do you have more spikes?"
"Does all of them have two flowers or is it different?"
I don't know. This is the first time this species has bloomed for me.
Karen............When I find it, would you like the plant, I can't keep it as Dale may come lookin fer it.
Do you people ever wonder why I tell you to call before you visit? Gives me time to hide the good shit.
And, it's true, too!
(John, look & find it, we can split it this summer!)
It is nice, my has one new growth, I wonder if I manage to flower it one day...
Linda I've seen three and four flowers, here shot from last peterborough show:
I've been coveting that one since I first saw one. Hmmmmm. Wonder why I don't just break down and buy one. It's not hot, Dale. 99 on my porch today but I don't think thermometers measure breeze, do they? And I had to go take pictures, at NOON, of my 4-year old great-grandson playing football. "Playing" is not quite right. He only likes to hike the ball and he bends over and puts his head on the ground to do that, leaving the ball on the the ground between his legs. Four-year olds can't play football! I really need to reward myself with a frostii.
I have to explain the 99. The thermometer is up near the ceiling of the porch which is metal. But my car said it was 92 when I got back in it after the football fiasco.
