From Andy's website: At present we only ship to the U.S.and its territories. Hawaii customers please send your import permit number, plant quarantine station address and add $35 for phyto-sanitary certificate.

That sounds pretty clear to me.

I think you're taking it a bit too seriously, Marni. My post was meant as a satirical comment on the previous discussion. I think Neyra has had previous discussions with Andy regarding shipping. If not, I'm pretty sure they can figure something out. Neyra is pretty sharp when it comes to getting plants to Puerto Rico.

piotr - I grow this in a basket full of sphag. It's growing out of a 12" basket, and I'm not sure it would do well growing pendant. I may have to move it to a plastic tray...

Taking it too seriously? Maybe, that's my perogative. I understood the reference and remember the "conversation". That thread and a few other postings that made me think that this could be a hostile place that I wasn't interested in. It is the reason I don't invite friends to take a look here, it is the reason I didn't go ahead and put a link on my website to OI and it is the reason I will be taking the thank you to members of OI for their contribution out of the Dend. jenkinsii article for the AOS.
