How do you do to get it into flower?
I have had it for some years and my plant has about 60 pseudobulbs. But still no flower. I have roots everywere and the plant looks really healthy.

I grow it in medium light, (that is maximum for me) wam condition, given water almost daily and rather strong airmovement.

    What should I change.

I just got mine to spike after several years as well. I am attributing it to a temperature drop actually. I grow mine bright with Intermediate temps. Watered daily, feed occasionally. B. stormii blooms right next to it, as does B echinolabium. Though I believe that I grow all of these species cooler than they would prefer.
