    That's funny, b/c I really go the impression you could do without paphs.
    How is the Phal. lowii?

    it starts to send out a new leaf but I am hoping more roots this growing seanson.

    It is way too small to do anything now, Zach. If it grows, we might be able to work something out.

    I did find a surviving piece of B quadrichaete in the greenhouse. At least that is what it is labeled. I've had it for a few years, but it isn't thriving. I am growing it intermediate, mounted, daily water moderate light. I tried one potted and warmer, it died. I would love to hear a success story.

    I've seen quite few PNG Bulbophyllums in some great UK collection, well nearly swimming...

    It was very wet there on trays with life moss

    no it was many there, and didnt had chance to check what was there, most of them seems to be rather happy... nearly sure this particular one was not there... still

    Piotr, unfortunately that culture can't be for all species from PNG. I am asking for specific, first-hand culture info for this Bulbo. Thanks for the suggestion though.

    Tom I have the flora malaesiana cd rom for bulbophyllum and I can look on there for some info. I believe I have seen a pic of it in-situ and it appears to be growing fairly exposed on a moss covered branch.
