Bulbophyllum species

    I photographed this Bulbophyllum in situ on Mt Alab in Sabah, Borneo, and have been unable to identify it. Any help much appreciated.

    You could scroll through the many pictures on orchid-image-gallery a website specialized in orchids from New Guinea with many that grow in Borneo as well. Jaap Vermeulen at Naturalis Biodiversity Center in Leiden, The Netherlands, would be the taxonomist to consult. He wrote the books on the Borneo Bulbophyllums.

    Thanks for the suggestions. I know Jaap and he used many of my photos in the Bulbo of Borneo book. Unfortunately he is not responding to emails but I'll try him again. I could not find it in his book.
