I purchased this adult plant in February 2014.
I put it in a well drained pot in very small mix of bark chips, gravel.
Water it regularly once a week, with rain water, keep it moist. The little potted plant, sits in a large wide 8 inch high and 8 inch diameter glass cylinder without a top. There is plenty room for the plant to grow. Around the well ventilated small plastic pot, I have some sphagnum moss to keep the humidity up inside the glass cylinder. Fertilize once every 2 weeks with 1/4 strength 20-20-20. Flush with rainwater every other week. Keep it in a place with subdued light, plenty to read by.
Yet the plant does not grow one iota since I got it, yet looks healthy. All my other orchid species thrive, why not this one?
Any advice from those who have experience with this plant would be appreciated.

It would help if you could post a picture of the plant. You didn't mention the high daytime and low nighttime temperatures. I grow and bloom this in moderately bright light.

I was just going to say the same as Marni. What are the highs and lows and I also have this sp. In moderately bright light. I do let this sp dry slightly between watering's.

Swum and Marni, daily lows are 66F daily highs around 75-80 F.
I think I have the light conditions right, moderate, good enough to read the newspaper by.

I think the pot is too large for the size of the plant and though it is hard to tell from the angle, I think it may be potted a bit too deep. Does the bark get dry before you water it again? Is the "daily low" the lowest temperature at night or the low temperature during the day?
