Does anyone know the time needed to mature a capsule for the above species for sowing
    the seed?

Spiro, I did a selfing that split with a bit of pressure at 124 days. A hybrid with aurata germinated well at 114 days as a green capsule. An outcross of aurata germinated well green at 106 days.

Thanks Marni, I knew you would have experience with this genus.

I love it! I no longer have marileonia and miss it. What I sowed of it was early in my flasking career and I lost them to contamination. I am now on my 2nd generation of the aurata with capsules on the plants again.
