Last week I was in Seville, Spain and in the hotel Alfonso XIII saw a display of Cymbidium flowers in glass vases. My photos hardly make justice to the beauty of the flowers and of the display as a whole. The hotel in itself is well worth taking a look at, it is a masterpiece of art deco with Spanish and Moorish influences in the architecture and artwork cym2.jpg cym3.jpg Cym4.jpg cym5.jpg .

I normally don't like cut flowers but that is a stunning display! Thanks for posting it.

The photo cannot make justice the the display. Standard Cymbidium will not bloom or even grow in my climate, so every time I see these stunning flowers, it is a treat. Also I have some crystal vases that look like that I will see how other orchids look inside them.
