    I have started getting daily updates with new threads. I get a lot of emails already and don't want to receive these on a daily basis. I could block these, but since the subject header is different every day, that would also block notifications from my inbox.

    Can I stop these without blocking everything from Orchids Forum?

    There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
