Dendrobium limpidum, what is it?

I don't know if this qualifies for the culture section, but I don't know where else to put it. Can someone explain the difference between D. limpidium and D. dicheoides and others of that type or point me to a reference? I've looked at the archive of Peter's thread. Woods shows a picture of the flowers, but I was unable to find it in the text (and I was unable to find an index except to the pictures, Mr. Bill indeed!). Lavarack et al don't list it, nor does Baker. Thanks.

 

I may have found an answer. I did find an image of D limpidum grown at Hortus Botanicus in Leiden. If they don't know, who would? I'll go with the short caned, fat at the end and change a few tags.

It may be time to start thinking of clonal names, 'CIA', 'Tribal Warlords' come to mind.
