Wow, I didn't know that anything like this existed. Both types of flowers can produce seeds? Is there a ratio to it, or when only two flowers on 1 spike, both are orange?

High light, with humidity at 95%.
I do slightly let it dry out and then flush it with distilled water. It gets FoxFarm Grow Big with CalMag that's pH adjusted to around 6.2 - 6.5
Yes! The two types are bisexual. There isn't much known about the genus but the two colors most likely aid in pollination in the wild. And with the rubber feeling spike, it is extremely long (mine currently almost touches the floor) which can help pollinators in pollination. The initial spike bulged out a bit from the stem but stopped. A new spike came out and is the main one which was a surprise to me.
