    Hey guys,

So recently I have acquired a bunch of bulbos from a member on here. I havent heard back from them yet, so Id like to get your ideas and criticisms.

    The ones in question are:

    B. ambrosia
    trichosephalum
    capillipes
    sessile
    glebulosum
    alagense large and small form

I have them mounted 2 ways...in a mini tank, and in a humidity dome.

Here are the ones in the mini tank...the top is about 3-4 inches from a T12 shoplight...some i mounted to lfs and some i just "tied" to the corkbark, im not sure which way Im supposed to have it....

The ones not in the tank I have mounted ("floss-tied") to either cork or epiweb. I have no lfs under any of these...these are in a 100% humidity dome a good distance away from a T10 bulb.

    Some immediate questions...

    1) do i need to have lfs under all of them
    2) how often do i mist them
    3) do i need to hang them or can they rest on the floor on the cork like that
    4) what type of water should i spray them with.

Sorry if this is so many questions, but this is new to me and Id like to do well.

    Thanks!

    1) do i need to have lfs under all of them
not sure I understand what lfs is?

    2) how often do i mist them
If you have 100% humidity as mentioned you will not have to mist them daily and actually you will want to make sure you have some air movement in the dome.

    3) do i need to hang them or can they rest on the floor on the cork like that
I have some plants I keep on horizontal rafts as you mention but very few

    4) what type of water should i spray them with.
I personally water everything with rain water I collect but if your tap water is not hard water (low TDS) I would imagine it would be sufficient

    Hey Tom,

Thanks for the answers...lfs is long fiber sphagnum moss like you would buy in home depot...sorry for the confusion.

Why is it that so many people keep them hanging instead of laying down? Im thinking I should get rid of the humidity dome and just set up a small 5 1/2 or 10 gallon tank with egg crate on the side to hang all of these.

Did the setups and mounts look OK otherwise?

    Thanks.
