2 out of the 3 tips of the leaves look dried out and wrinkled. Third one is fine and plant is flowering. It’s been spreading up the leaf slowly. Should I cut this area off? 746ED978-9270-482F-AD27-E15DA15C88BC.jpeg

Can't say what that might be, but I'd cut about 1/2" into the unaffected part of the leaves and dab the wounds with cinnamon powder.

That looks to me a lot like sunburn/heat damage. Did it perhaps get a blast of sunlight, or got too close to a heater or hot light? If that's the case, then I'd trim the brown part just for aesthetics but not be too aggressive. If it is spreading then there would be more concern for getting some of the undamaged part (if, perhaps, it is fungal or bacterial)

Thanks for your answer and your help in diagnosing my plant! I had it in a new location but not in direct sunlight. I moved it to a less sunny spot but it continued to spread. I cut the tips off this morning and hoping for the best!

Sunburn was my original thou.got, as well, but that does not continue to expand over time.
