I've found that labeled pests develop immunity to Merit after a couple years. Considering that Merit is systemic I recently used a spray of Merit and Enstar in the hope that the Merit would confer a systemic quality to the Enstar. Whether it did, or not, I have no way of knowing for sure. I do know my application was successful, though. I've also used Enstar with Mesurol with no problems and very good effectiveness. I don't quite understand what you mean by 'ratio'. I applied each pesticide as per the label in the combined tank spray.

Enstar doesn't tell you much other then the mix for enstar and i've went to there site and it doesen't tell you much of using a systemic with it . I now what ratio to use enstar at but i don't want to over do the systemic . Won't it go directly into the plant . i would think that you'd use it at a weeker ratio but i don't know.

Each pesticide kills each labeled pest differently; how, and what, makes the bugs die is different for each pesticide. If you want to use two pesticides use the labeled rate for the tank spray for each pesticide. You should read each label to make sure there are no compatibility issues with the two pesticides being mixed, but that's not a usual concern for OTC pesticides.

Using pesticides at other than labeled rates is a federal crime. So...... read the label.

You would use it at the same application rate as if it were by itself.
