    How much longer for my order to be received
    Order placed in July 2022, Still waiting and not responding to my messages

    You should have gotten it by now if it was paid for and all was good. They ship twice a month (to the US, I’m not sure about elsewhere). In my experience they have been pretty good about reaching out and responding if there is an issue with the order, as well as informing people about when they will/do ship. It might take a couple of days to get a reply but I’ve always gotten one. I’m guessing there is some other issue that caused a problem with your order reaching you? I’d email them with you order number ([email protected]) and see if you can get it sorted. Hope you get your plants!
