Hey! Welcome to the new OI! :)

Forrest and I spent hours and hours and hours and hours of time updating the forum this evening. (Ok... not really, but it was a bit hairy at points; SQL, scripts, etc.)

Anyhow, the "look" is a bit wonky right now. We understand it isn't the OI you're accustomed to, but we're working on updating the aesthetic aspects over the coming days to fine-tune the look.

You'll notice a few changes over the coming days, so please be patient with us.

Thanks folks! We really appreciate the community that has formed on OI. We love OI, and we hope you do also.

If you have any issues or problems, please feel free to contact us via PM, e-mail, reply... whatever. :)

    Cheers!

Thanks for everything guys. I've been through forum updates that didn't go nearly as well (one didn't "go" at all), so pat yourselves on the backs - that's a ton of work.

Will we be getting the "View first unread" or is it just me again? Pretty smooth operation here. Thanks.

It looks great! Then again, the old one look great, too.

One thing I noticed is the font is smaller compared with the old one. Is that something you guys can adjust on your end?

Keep up the good work. Thank you!

Well done, y'all. How about a logo photo change to go with this new upgrade? I mean, i have nothing against the laelia or floof or whatever it is, but I can't help wondering how much more awesome this forum would be if the logo was perhaps an....Ang? Maybe you should stage a poll and let the members decide? And i'm not just saying that because I love Angs, but because I really do think it would be an improvement.

And I still think a glossary of botanical terms would be a huge asset. Carry on.

Why not just leave the logo alone, us old fart's have all we can do to remember things. If we need a change, try an " Appendiculla", now that's a real beauty
