Fredclarkeara Baker's Dark Angel

    Hello Everybody
    My name is Freya, and i'm a first time orchid grower.
    I am looking for information about the Fradclarkeara Baker's Dark Angel. Where to buy seeds, growing conditions and others tips that might be useful.

    Welcome, Freya.

    We have a couple of issues...

    There is no registered cross by that name. The closest is Fredclarkeara Baker's Darkness, which originated from Sunset Valley Orchids in California.

    Secondly, you probably are not going to be able to raise orchids from seed. Orchids are unique in that they have little to no nutrition stored in the seed to support germination. In nature, they rely on very specific fungi injecting sugars into them via their mycelia. We mimic that by sowing the seeds in sterile in vitro culture on a sugar- and nutrient containing substrate.
