Hi there. Just a quick greeting. I have been growing orchids for little over a year. Nothing special. All of my collection has been picked up from Lowes or the local grocery stores. My "growing areas" consist of a window ledge in my breakfast area at home and the window ledge in my office. I mannage to get my plants to bloom so something must be going right.

If I ever cause trouble, blame Chris. He posted a link to here in another fourm we both play on.;)

We blame Chris for pretty much everything that goes wrong around here. ;-)

Here are a few current blooms. Like I said nothing special. The first and last are repeat blooms and the middle one we rescued from a nursery for $5 last summer. They had no idea what it was. First bloom for it in our posession.

Welcome. And if you are reblooming your plants you are definitely doing something right.

And you warned about the spelling -- well, this forum should probably come with a warning. Something along the lines of "orchids are addictive" -- or "Caution: You will want LOTS of plants after seeing others photos."

Welcome and we'll see you around.

Thanks for the welcome Reyna. Does 24 plants count as lots?

No. I have 500 that I admit to.
You are just beginning the path of orchid addiction!
