Hello all , about 2 weeks ago I have replaced the substrate and cut off some of black roots ( about 5 left ) and my orchid leaves started turning white :( what should I do ? I'm currently watering the plant every few days by submersing in water.

Was it subjected to extreme temperature (or sun light)? Was irrigating water not too cold (I'm assuming that you are in the norther hemisphere)?
