    Description: A small epiphytic plant found in China in the forest at alt. 1200-2000m

    Culture:

    Temps:
    - Summer: 65-75F
    - Winter: 55-70F or slightly cooler

    Light: High light

    Humidity: 60-80%

    Air circulation: Heavy breeze

    Growing location: under HID light in the basement year round

    Growing medium: Mount - Other

    Growing medium notes: My plants are on stick mount with VERY small amount of moss

    Water:
    - Frequency: water it every other day year round(keep up the humidity and let the plant dry out between waterings)
    - Fertilizer & frequency: 2x per month during the growing season; less during the colder months
    - Dry rest: No.

    Blooming season: Spring, Winter

    Flower size: Flower is about 1" wide. Each inflorescens(1.5-2" long) carries 1-3 flowers.

    Plant size: Compact monopodial plant. This miniature species is about 3" tall

    Other firsthand observations: 2500FC-2800FC light is a good light level for this species. Roots may rot easily if the growing medium is too wet.
