Indigenous coconut husk containers

    we have lots of coconuts and we peel the husk and then wire it in the centre and try how good it will make a container. There will be lot of moisture hence, only charcoal pieces are used for media. Just a try. Before preparing, soak them for 48 hrs to wash away the lignins and other chemicals in the husk portion.

    Have you put drainage holes in them or do they just leak?

    It is split and then wired together and have lots of space in between, no problem with drainage
