Is this a disease or fungus?

    Hi All - this is a BLC Toshie Aoki 'Pizazz'. These markings showed up on a couple of its leaves (don't remember when exactly, but maybe a year ago). It bloomed twice this year, and doesn't appear sick - just has the marks. Does anyone have any ideas what this is?

    I'm not sure. Sometimes for me, plants in the Cattleya alliance get bruises. While they never go away, but will get darker. It could also be a virus, though. If the new growths are solid green and not pitted or streaked, and the flowers are their normal color, it is probably not a disease.

    Hmmm it looks like a burning from the sun through a curtain. I doesn't know an Illnes like that.
