    Hi,
    This eBay seller had good feedback. Made a purchase, paid immediately through PayPal.
    3 weeks later no shipment and answered only 2 emails as to what is the problem.
    After a complaint filed with PayPal got immediate response from seller. Finally agreed to refund money.
    Now no $ from PayPal and no seller response.
    Suggest caution.
