Notify the seller and ask him to refrain from using your pictures without your expressed consent otherwise further action will be taken. A public apology would be nice. If that doesn't work you can contact E-bay they have clauses about this type of stuff.

Ebay has a VERO program to help fight this http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/vero-rights-owner.html

You'll need to fill out the form and e-mail or fax it in to them. If the auction is over there's not much they can do. But, if the auction is ongoing ebay will pull it.

    Do what Candace said!
Also, put them on your EBay watch list & check them weekly.
Keep complaining! What they are doing is theft.
I wouldn't bother contacting the seller, myself.
They know it isn't their picture!

Yeah, notifying the seller won't do what you want done. Follow Candace's advice.

I agree with the rest...this is not a time to be diplomatic with the seller as he is profiting from the sale of his plants using your pictures. Go right to ebay and make them aware of it as the others have said.

    Thank you very much,

    ladies and gentlemen.

    For emphatizing. For suggesting.

    Even just for being nice.

These past two weeks (and continuing) have been a rumble of disappointments, controversies, and hostilities, with little snippets of occasional joy.

I barely had the time to follow-up on this issue, but it is nice to see all of you behind me. (Yup, it is Christmastime, the season for mushiness).

Ebay has very clear policies about copyright infringement and should follow up immediately. The can just cancel the listing. If you don't speak up, people will continue to do it.

I've had one magazine repeatedly use images of mine, which would have been fine, but they published without photo credit. They were photos of authors, not flowers, and I guess they didn't think that counted. The first three times it happened, I was assured it wouldn't happen again. The 4th time I complained, I was told by the editor that I was having a bad hair day. I won't write for them and they don't get to use my photos.
