Laelia crispata

    I've had this plant for 6-7 years and it finally bloomed. I've had buds before but they always blasted. Potted in granite chips, very bright sun, intermediate temps.
    The bloom is about 1.25 inch across.

    Lovely. I have a few rupicolous Laelias but in our Bulbo geared greenhouse they never bloom. Hopefully when the weather is warmer, the high today is 19 F, we can put them out in full sun.
