Laelia perrinii var. concolor, sunbather. I liked the clean concolor throat without spots or noticeable venousness.

It really doesn't bloom for long, just about a week, but the flowers are not without charm.

I got this plant from Brazil, AWZ.

An elegant flower! Like a colored Brassavola!

I found them difficult to photograph. You've captured them very well. I purchased quite a few color varieties, also from AWZ. Some of them are really lovely. After a few seasons I have started to consider the amount of space I give to them considering the short duration of the blooms.

    Thanks a lot:)

Yes, the flowering doesn’t last long, but for me the fiery beauty of their flowers outweighs these small disadvantages, so they remain one of my favorite plants in the collection.
I’d really like to find an alba form with good flower shape..
