    Just wanted to complement with two shots I took last weekend. My plant comes from hills near Ocaña, Norte de Santander.
    From my observations, this species likes to grow on more exposed places, mostly on the canopy of the forest where it can receive more sun and the conditions are drier. That is similar to the habitat preference of the common and widespread Lepanthes wageneri.
