an almost solid yellow clone, spotted among several hundreds beginning to bloom in flasks. Hopefully some more will show when they'll all flower, so I can begin line breeding for truly pure xanthic plants :)

Is there any difference in the leaves?

All I can say is that there isn't a trace of red pigments on the leaves. But, at least when still in vitro, most of my normally coloured plants have all green leaves. Note that the column of this particular clone has red pigments, so it isn't a true xanthic plant.

Very interesting! Hopefully, you'll be successful in breeding these xanthics or at least lighter colored specimens and some will make it over here to the states :)

Have you tried closing your browser and checking again. If that doesn't work I'm sure that Brent can help you. Even if you have been able to view it on flickr, we want to be sure it is available here too. Let us know.

Now with the link I see it. Great and interesting clone.

Marni, I am using Tapatalk on iPhone 4. The pic shows as a frame with a question mark.

I can see the image on my iPhone through Tapatalk though.

That is a beautiful bloom! I have always loved this one! I hope to one day have a successful terrarium in which to grow this!
